Weekend 1 at the Herts ASA Championships saw Hertford achieve 2 Silver medals and 2  4th place finishes in finals.

Silvers to Joshua Holland in the 100 Fly and Free and a 4th place in the 100 Breaststroke and a 4th place to Sarah O’Brien in the 100 Breaststroke.

RQTs were recorded by Sarah in the 100 Breaststroke and Joshua in the 100 Fly, Free and Breaststroke.

There were 10 Hertford swimmers competing over the 5 sessions and 7 PBs were recorded from the 19 swims.

A few disappointments but overall a successful first weekend.
