Club Champs Week 3
7th July 2019, Hartham
Sunday 7th July was the last day of Hertford SC Club Champs 2019. The programme of events for the day included: 100, 50 & 25 Free, 50 Breast Junior and Senior Champs, 50 Back Junior and Senior Champs, and 200IM Junior and Senior Champs
Once again, all Hertford swimmers competed with enthusiasm and showing improved water skills, which resulted in an astonishing 218 Personal Best times (PBs). The excellent swims led to achieving 2 Herts County Qualification Times (QTs) and 24 Consideration Times (CTs).
On the night 2 Club Champs Records were broken by Joshua Trapp (18) in the Boys 50 Breast Senior Champs (32.00) and Boys 50 Back (29.14). Well done to Josh whose work on the races front-end is proving greatly beneficial!

And well done to ALL Hertford SC swimmers for all their hard work over the past season: it is not always easy to stay committed over a long season of swimming (11 out of 12 months), but your passion and dedication are proving vital to the individual and club progress.
Also thank you ever so much to all Coaches, Parents and Officials who have put so much into the organisation and delivery of these Club Champs: without you these events would simply not be possible!!
